2 Fresh Chalkstream Trout Fillets

These packs of 2 x 150g trout fillets are absolutely superb, clean, fresh and delicious, it’s one of the tastiest fish I’ve had for a long time.

The Chalkstream trout comes from the Hampshire Rivers Test and Itchen.  While they are farmed, it is sustainable and of the highest quality, with the Chalkstream rainbow trout some of the tastiest, richest and leanest in the UK as a result of their unique natural habitat. These world-famous spring-fed chalk streams with ‘gin clear’ water, constant water flows and excellent light and vegetation create havens for these fish, giving them a distinct, sensational taste whether smoked or fresh.

The colour of these Hampshire Trout is fantastic, and they are firm and tasty. It’s ideal summer weather fish and you can either grab a couple of portions of 150g fillets. Vac-packed to keep fresh, they can be frozen.
