Brighton based Rebel are producing some cracking charcuterie, including Nduja, Brighton Salami, Hunter Salami and sliced saucisson that we now have pre-packed in the shop.
Their ‘Do Ya’ Nduja (100g pouch) is a spreadable salami that is one of those versatile ingredients that you can incorporate into almost any meal, but does come with a spicy kick.
The Brighton salami (55g sliced) is influenced by a classic Italian sausage, richly scented with fennel and fragrant Tellicherry black peppercorns.
The Hunter salami (55g sliced) is a cheeky number that will transport you to the rolling hills and Cypress trees of Tuscany. Fine textured sausage, flavoured
with red wine, garlic and Kashmiri chilli. The original gangster (O.G)
