The bacon from Sandridge Farmhouse is truly delicious, made using the traditional Wiltshire cure from pork they have raised themselves on the farm near Chippenham. Unlike most bacon these days, (which is injected with water, and shrivels to nothing).you will get a glorious, fully-flavoured rasher, which you know has come from a small farm that cures and smokes their own pork, using traditional methods as they have done for decades.
You can read up about how they cure their bacon here, but you have a choice between back bacon and streaky, and smoked or green (unsmoked)
