On Albury Estate in the Surrey Hills, a group of friends produce handcrafted, artisan spirits of the highest quality. Named Silent Pool after the legendary body of water where they distill their spirits, and using local ingredients and exotic botanicals, they create a remarkable gin.
We offer their Silent Pool Gin and the Silent Pool Rare Citrus Gin as well as their cardboard-bottled Green Man Wildwood Gin and Green Man Wildwood Vodka.
The cardboard bottles from the Green Man range are lightweight, carbon-friendly and 100% recyclable. Made from 94% recycled paper, the FrugalPac bottle uses 77% less plastic, is 80% lighter and has a carbon footprint 83% lower than a glass bottle. 100% recyclable packaging.
The Silent Pool Distillery team plant a new tree with every bottle of Green Man Wildwood sold, and they also use solar panels, power their boiler with old chip fat, and make every effort to ensure their products have a low environmental impact. You can find out more about their sustainability here…
