SØDT Bakery makes traditional, artisan bread and pastries using locally-sourced natural ingredients. Based in Petworth, SØDT was started by Troels Bendix who was at the forefront of the artisan bread movement in London, before moving locally and helping to start the Hungry Guest Bakery. He started SØDT in 2015 and makes a superb range of breads and pastries.
