The Fish Society has superb quality fish, shellfish, and meals to go.  If you want a celebratory marine meal this Christmas, pre-order a Salmon En Croûte, or get an easy but delicious starter with Lobster Bisque or King Prawn Malaysian Laksa Broth.  Are you hosting drinks over the Christmas period?  Heat up some Garlic & Herb Potted Prawns and delicious Smoked Salmon Arancini Balls and your guests will be hoping you are also hosting for New Year.

The Fish Society produce will be available in the week or two before Christmas for collection at the farm shop or delivery.

Salmon en Croûte– 400g, the perfect meal for two, Hand-made salmon en croûte with a mushroom base, creamy dill sauce and spinach.

Malaysian Laksa Broth (with prawns)- 500g, consume as a soup or combine with seafood and/or noodles

Smoked Salmon Arancini – One 240g pack containing 2 homemade smoked salmon arancini, the perfect starter for 2 people. Deep fry from frozen, can also be air-fried.

Lobster Bisque – One 400g pouch of glorious Lobster bisque, rich and packed with flavour, serving 2 for a starter, 1 for a main course.

Tempura King Prawns – One 500g pack of tempura battered king Prawns contains roughly 30 individually frozen prawns, perfect as a party food with a dip.. Just preheat your oven to 220C and cook for 10 minutes until they’re crispy and golden brown….
