The cheddar is produced from pasteurised cow’s milk. This cheese is a true treasure for mushroom enthusiasts, combining the earthy and distinctive flavours of truffles with a creamy and smooth cheddar base. Truffle Trove has undertones of wild mushroom and hazelnut leading to notes of garlic. The delicate black Italian truffle combines perfectly with the extra mature cheddar that is taste-tested and graded by experts at Snowdonia Cheese Company. the cheese’s appearance is pale creamy yellow with dark truffle flecks that contrast the pure white wax coating.
