Description
This is the ultimate ready meal – a wellington with our own homemade pastry, mushroom duxelles, and either wild venison loin or Hampshire beef fillet, ready to pop in the oven for 20 minutes. A luxury meal without the faff, you need to treat yourself and your loved one for Valentine’s Day.
The wellington’s are only available to pick up on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th February, and please order by Sunday 8th February. Due to the fresh pastry, it is not possible to send these out, so it is PICK UP ONLY.
Each wellington is for two people unless you want a larger wellington for 4 or 6 people, and then we can make a larger one which adds to the impact.
Choose whether you want beef or venison and away you go. They come packed fresh, with ingredients and cooking instructions

We ordered beef wellington for four but, even though our Christmas Day plans were – like everyone else – changed at the last minute, we went ahead.
What a great decision. The wellington was absolutely superb. Cooked at 170 for 20mins – as directed – it was perfect. The beef fillet was tender, pink and delicious. The whole thing was delicious

We’re still munching our way through the turkey sausage rolls. Again, we over ordered but the freezer’s now we’ll stocked with treats to come

Our plans for Christmas 2021 were not finalised until Fred had run out of capacity to supply completed beef wellingtons for us for a very special family lunch. But he kindly offered to supply the mushroom filling and my daughter and I put everything together with great success. So much so that the cry has gone out for beef Wellington again this year for a special pre Christmas meal. Not surprising, as it was absolutely delicious. I hope I am not too late ordering it pre- made this year though!

The Beef and Venison Wellingtons are both absolutely amazing, We have been getting them for Christmas for a number of years.. Just make sure you get your order in before they are sold out.. We found out the hard way. Fred must be sick of me messaging to find out if they are ready for order this year 🙂
